Hermès Denver is on the upper level of Cherry Creek Shopping Center at 3000 East 1st Avenue. It opens Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and closes Sunday. You can walk in without an appointment.
If an old listing sends you to 105 Fillmore Street, it is pointing to the former boutique. The store moved into Cherry Creek in 2020. This guide covers the current address, the easiest ways to reach it, what you can shop for, and what can realistically be said about Birkin and Kelly requests.
Where is Hermès Denver?
The boutique is inside Cherry Creek Shopping Center at 3000 East 1st Avenue. The mall directory places it on Level 2, or the Upper Level, near RH Denver. Use the mall directory once inside; no verified source names a dedicated exterior door for the store.
Search results still surface 105 Fillmore Street. That was the standalone Denver boutique before the August 2020 move, so it is not the address to put into your map app today. The current official locator lists one Denver boutique.
For questions about access, holiday hours, or a particular item, call 303-388-0700. The Hermès store page is the current source for the address and hours.
Hours, walk-ins and appointments
Hermès Denver closes earlier than the shopping center, and it does not open Sunday. Check the boutique schedule rather than mall hours when planning a visit.

The official listing says an appointment is not required. Hermès also has a private appointment portal. Its public description does not promise a specific department, associate, item, shorter wait or bag offer. Holiday exceptions are not established in the regular schedule; call before a holiday trip.
Parking, valet and transit
Cherry Creek has covered self-parking. The parking operator lists an East deck entrance from Steele Street and West deck access from University Boulevard at Cherry Creek Drive South or First Avenue west of Nordstrom. The first 15 minutes are free; the operator lists $2 for 15 minutes to one hour and $3 for one to two hours. Check its current rate page before parking, since prices can change.
Valet is off First Avenue, west of Neiman Marcus near RH. The listed charge starts at $15 for up to two hours; valet hours run beyond boutique hours. The mall says some shops validate parking, but there is no confirmed Hermès-specific validation, so ask before counting on it.
If you use rideshare, the designated mall pickup and drop-off address is 3110 East 1st Avenue. That is a vehicle access point, not a second Hermès address.
RTD lists the Cherry Creek transfer point at 2500 East 1st Avenue, with routes 24, 3, 3L, 83D and 83L as of September 18, 2026. Check RTD for the route operating on your travel date; a service change is scheduled for September 27. Neither the mall nor Hermès publishes a confirmed step-free route from a particular garage or stop to the store, so call ahead if you need that detail.
The current store and its history
Hermès opened the present Cherry Creek boutique on August 21, 2020. Opening coverage described a single-level, 3,445-square-foot space on the mall’s upper floor, replacing the roughly 1,900-square-foot Fillmore Street shop. That history explains why older articles and photos may show a different storefront.
The 2020 interior used pale oak and lambswool details, with areas for silk, leather, home objects and equestrian pieces. These are opening-era descriptions; displays can change. See the local opening report for the design history. Its old hours do not reflect today’s schedule.
What can you shop for?
The boutique listing and mall directory cover leather goods, silk, ready-to-wear, shoes, jewelry, watches, fragrance, beauty, home objects and equestrian goods. Hermès also marks beauty and Apple products on the Denver listing. A listed category means the store carries that kind of merchandise; it does not tell you which colors, sizes or bags are available when you arrive.
For a specific item, call before the trip and ask whether it can be shown or sourced. Hermès’s U.S. care guidance says a store can examine an item and arrange an estimate and anticipated wait; it does not establish an onsite Denver repair workshop. The U.S. online return terms may allow eligible online purchases to be taken to a Hermès store. Those terms do not answer what happens with a purchase made in the Denver boutique; ask there before buying if a return may matter.
You can tell a sales associate which bag, size and colors you would actually carry. Hermès’s U.S. availability guidance says Birkin, Kelly and Constance are sold through its stores and each store selects its own assortment. It does not describe Denver’s current inventory or allocation practice.
There is no reliable public Denver prespend threshold for a Birkin or Kelly. An anonymous August 2025 PurseForum post described a K25 offer about a month after the shopper’s wishlist discussion. In the same Denver thread, a different shopper reported in June 2026 that three months had passed without a quota-bag offer. These are individual accounts with missing purchase details, not a spending rule. A separate shopper account described a longer relationship and different spending ratios. None can establish what another shopper should spend or how long an offer will take.
There is no reliable public Denver prespend threshold for a Birkin or Kelly. In a Denver discussion, one anonymous shopper described a K25 offer after about a month and a large, loosely defined spend; another reported no offer after three months. A separate account gave different ratios over a longer relationship. The reports do not use a common definition of spending and cannot yield a store rule or a useful target.
Buying things you do not want to reach an online ratio is a poor bet. Shop categories you would buy anyway, describe your bag preferences clearly, and ask the associate what information would help with a future conversation. An appointment, a wishlist discussion or an accessory purchase is not a promise of an offer.
No public Denver policy establishes whether Hermès.com purchases, prior purchases at another boutique, or non-quota leather goods affect a local relationship. Ask directly if these details matter to your purchase decision; do not assume a forum ratio answers them.
A practical first visit
Start with the current mall address, then head to the Upper Level near RH. If your schedule is tight, call about the category you want to see before leaving home. Walk in during boutique hours, explain what you came to shop for, and allow time to browse. A private appointment can make sense for a planned ready-to-wear or home visit, but is optional.
For a bag request, be specific without treating the visit as a transaction for a future offer. You can ask to see non-quota styles that suit you, and you can state your preferences for a Birkin or Kelly. If nothing suitable is available, you still leave with a clearer sense of the leather and dimensions you like.
If your interest is an online non-quota bag, BagUSeek’s free Hermès restock alerts can help you watch online inventory separately from a boutique visit. Online alerts are not a route to a Denver quota-bag offer.
Denver, Aspen or Scottsdale?
Denver is the practical choice for a Cherry Creek visit: it has the documented mall parking, valet and RTD access above. Aspen is a smaller downtown destination store at 521 East Hyman Avenue; its official hours are Monday–Saturday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m. Scottsdale Fashion Square’s two-level boutique opens Sunday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m., but closes Monday.
Those schedule differences can help you choose where to visit during a trip. They say nothing about where a Birkin or Kelly is easier to buy. See the Aspen and Scottsdale listings for their current schedules.
Denver sales tax and visit costs
Denver lists a 9.15% combined general sales-tax rate as of September 18, 2026. On a $1,000 taxable purchase, that is $91.50 in tax. Confirm the applicable rate at checkout for your item and purchase date; the city’s business tax page is the source for the general rate. Budget for parking or valet separately.
