Location, parking and getting there

Hermès lists 5355-1 Tamiami Trail North. The Waterside Shops visitor page lists 5415 Tamiami Trail North for the shopping center as a whole. Both refer to the same destination, but 5355-1 is the more precise address for the boutique.

The current building opened on the eastern edge of Waterside Shops, on the former Ralph Lauren site. Look for the freestanding white pavilion described in local opening coverage. The source describes its 2023 location; follow current center signs for the approach and entrance rather than relying on an old photograph.

Waterside has surface lots and a garage, as the neighboring Artis—Naples parking page confirms. Follow center signage or call Waterside security at +1 239-825-1759 for help finding the boutique or arranging a drop-off. The center offers complimentary wheelchairs and guest escorts. Ask about the path from your parking space if step-free access matters to you. Ask Waterside about parking and valet prices and the most convenient row; its visitor page lists no current rates. Artis’s event-patron arrangements are separate from a retail visit.

For transit, enter the boutique address in the Collier Area Transit trip planner. Route 11 serves the U.S. 41 corridor; the planner can identify the stop and walking route for your travel date. For rideshare, use the boutique address and confirm the pickup point with your driver.

Hours, walk-ins and appointments

The current Hermès schedule is 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with Sunday closed. Waterside Shops opens on Sunday, so its general hours are not a substitute for the store schedule. Older opening articles list a Tuesday–Sunday pattern; that was the 2023 schedule and is out of date.

Call the boutique at +1 239-299-4370 if you want an appointment, need a particular department or are making a long trip. Shoppers reported walking in during 2023, while the current Naples listing gives no clear appointment rule or booking link. Hermès also has a general appointment portal; call Naples to check current availability.

A call can clarify hours and department service for your visit. Ask about a particular item if it matters to your trip; a phone conversation or appointment is not a bag reservation.

Departments and services

Hermès lists apparel, handbags, scarves, home goods, fragrances, shoes and Beauty on the Naples store page. The Waterside directory also names ready-to-wear, silk, watches, parfums and Art de la Table. These are categories the boutique represents, not a live inventory list for a particular color or size.

At the February 2023 opening, interior coverage described silk near the entrance, home and equestrian goods farther in, a central shoe salon, leather goods in a curved alcove, and jewelry and watches in another area. Those are opening-era descriptions; displays and category depth may have changed.

If you need a repair, personalization, exchange or return, call about the exact item and ask for the applicable terms before traveling or paying. Hermès’s U.S. care guidance describes store assessment and estimates. The Naples listing gives no local service details, so confirm the intake process with this boutique.

Birkin, Kelly and purchase history

There is no reliable public Naples prespend threshold for a Birkin or Kelly. Hermès says the Birkin, Kelly and Constance are sold in stores and that each store chooses its own assortment. It does not publish a Naples spending ratio, waitlist position, offer schedule or current bag inventory.

Naples-specific discussion is too thin to turn into a rule. At the 2023 opening, one shopper reported receiving an unspecified bag; another described an acquaintance receiving a Shadow Birkin 25. Those special-event accounts do not establish what happens during an ordinary visit. In a 2026 Naples discussion, a shopper said they had spent around $6,500 over almost a year and asked how long an offer might take. The post reports no bag offer; $6,500 is that person’s spend, not a Naples threshold.

Online purchases, purchases at another boutique, leather goods, changing associates and local versus seasonal residency have no established Naples-specific public rule. You can tell an associate what sizes, colors and materials you would actually carry, and ask how the store handles requests. Buy other categories because you want the items, not to meet a number quoted online.

Start by checking the current store hours and calling about the category you want to browse. Navigate to 5355-1 Tamiami Trail North, then follow Waterside signage to the freestanding boutique. If you need assistance from parking to the door, arrange it with Waterside security before you travel.

In the store, describe the item you want in practical terms: category, size, color and how you will use it. If you are hoping for a bag, state that preference plainly and remain open to seeing items you would actually buy. An appointment, a conversation or another purchase does not reserve a future Birkin or Kelly.

Before paying, ask for the written return or exchange terms that apply to an in-store Naples purchase. If shipping is involved, confirm the destination and tax calculation at checkout. The present Hermès Naples boutique opened February 17, 2023. Gulfshore Life reports that Hermès previously had a franchise store at Waterside Shops until March 2014. The 2023 opening was a return to the center, in a new freestanding building where Ralph Lauren had operated.

Paris architecture studio RDAI designed the 2023 space as a light-filled, one-floor pavilion. Opening coverage describes white walls and deep windows, sandblasted cherrywood, terrazzo flooring and ochre, green and ivory carpets inspired by artist Jen Stark. Naples or another Florida boutique?

Naples is the practical Hermès destination for a Southwest Florida visit. If you can choose where to shop on a Florida trip, compare location, hours and published appointment options. The regular schedules below were checked September 19, 2026; holiday hours can differ.

Miami and Aventura close an hour later than Naples; Orlando is the Sunday option among these five. Palm Beach and Miami publish optional appointments. Choose a setting and schedule that suit your trip. None of these published facts ranks the stores by Birkin or Kelly offer odds. Florida’s general state sales tax is 6%. The Florida Department of Revenue county schedule lists no Collier County local surtax as of September 2026.
