THE CREATION

To celebrate the holiday season, Hermès Beauty has created a limited edition collection of travel-size brushes. Six make-up brushes for the complexion, eyes and lips – conceived by Gregoris Pyrpylis, Creative Director of Hermès Beauty: ideal travel companions wherever you roam, and easy and intuitive to use.

THE OBJECT

Les Pinceaux Hermès are precious, durable objects designed by Pierre Hardy. Their lacquered three-tone handles are made of birch, a wood noted for its robustness. The ultra-soft natural and synthetic bristles are hand-assembled by a French brush maker, drawing on expertise that dates back more than two centuries. To make them easy to carry, Les Pinceaux Hermès are presented in a canvas pouch and protected by an orange box.

They are not sold separately.

THE CONTENTS

This set of beauty tools comprises two complexion brushes, three eye brushes and a lip brush.

Complexion brushes

L'Aérien is ideal for use with finishing and healthy glow powders.

Le Multi-teint can be used with all textures, either fluid or the more compact, creamy products.

Eye brushes

L'Ombreur is designed for use with eyeshadow, creating a rich wash of color across the entire eyelid.

L'Estompeur is used to blend and soften eyeshadow colors, for a diffuse make-up result.

La Brosse is used on its own, to separate the lashes or to shape and define the brow line before applying make-up.

Lip brush

Le Contour is used with all lipsticks, to define the contours of the lips and apply color.

THE CARE RITUAL

Les Voyageurs brushes should be cleaned after each use. Just wash with a neutral soap, then rinse in clean water. Dry flat to preserve the quality of the fibers.
