Splendid and rare GUCCI archive piece, from the '60s/'70s, a true collector's item for lovers of authentic vintage, Old Money Style. This handbag is distinguished by its refined "gusset" design with ruched leather work, typical of Florentine craftsmanship from the mid-last century. Made of prized midnight blue calfskin, incredibly soft to the touch. Accordion structure with spacious interiors and a triple compartment (including a central one with a perfectly functional snap closure). Top closure and side "arrowhead" details in metal, with geometric engravings in a Déco style. Internal hallmark in pure gold: "Made in Italy by Gucci - MOD. BREV. N. 70.818". The patent number highlights the exclusivity of the model at the time. Silhouette that evokes the timeless elegance of Jackie Kennedy and Grace Kelly. Excellent Vintage Condition. External leather in excellent condition, with a beautiful natural patina, perfect corners. The gold of the hardware has slight oxidation that adds character to the piece.
