The monogram pattern is well-defined, intensely colored, and completely free of cracks, breaks, or holes. Zipper Pull (Important Condition Note): The Vachetta leather pull of the top zipper shows significant abrasion, fraying, and a visible tear at the base of the rivet (see detailed photo). Vachetta Leather & Handles: The Toron carrying handles, handle bases, and side leather tabs have developed a deep, expressive vintage patina (honey/cognac tone) with visible darkening, signs of wear, and edge abrasion; the handles are stable and fully functional. Edges & Piping: The leather piping on both sides is fully intact with normal, vintage-typical wear on the edges. Interior & Date Code: The brown textile lining is dry, clean, and odorless, with only fine age-related signs of wear; the inner leather tab with the well-stamped date code VI 0934 shows typical vintage oxidation (verdigris on the brass) at the rivet head but is absolutely firm and secure. Hardware & Zipper: The brass fittings shine beautifully with a fine vintage patina and normal micro-scratches; the top zipper runs smoothly and closes reliably along its entire length.
