The full address is 11111 Northeast 8th Street, Suite 115, Bellevue, WA 98004. Hermès uses the name “Seattle” for this boutique, while its store page places it in Bellevue. The Bravern is near NE 8th Street and 112th Avenue NE.

Look for door 115 on the main level. A second door, 15, is on the lower level near the Amber parking elevators on the NE 8th Arrival Court side. The two numbers describe entrances to the same boutique; neither is a separate Hermès store.

Hermès has operated at The Bravern since 2009 and expanded there in 2015. The Hermès installation inside downtown Seattle Nordstrom was temporary and ran in 2016–2017. Old photographs of that shop should not be used for directions to today’s Bellevue boutique.

Hours, phone and appointments

As of September 18, 2026, both Hermès and The Bravern directory list the same boutique hours. The center’s general opening hours are different; use the Hermès hours for a store visit.

Parking, transit and accessibility

The Bravern offers self-parking and valet. A Bellevue Downtown Association listing gives the garage address as 798 112th Avenue NE. The Bravern visiting page lists valet courts at NE 8th Street and 110th Avenue NE.

The Bravern’s current visiting page gives no parking price or free-parking guarantee. A 2024 directory mentions six hours with validation; check whether that still applies. The parking office can confirm current terms at 425-456-8791.

Bellevue Downtown Station serves Sound Transit’s 2 Line and is near the Bellevue Transit Center. The Bravern is north of the station near NE 8th Street. Check the trip planner and service notices before leaving, especially when coming from Seattle.

The station is accessible and The Bravern maps elevator banks, but the exact step-free route from a parking space to either Hermès door is not detailed in current public materials. Call The Bravern at 425-456-8780 or the boutique at 425-467-0500 to plan a specific route.

What you can shop

Hermès lists handbags, shoes, clothing, scarves, home goods, fragrance, beauty and Apple products at the boutique. The Bravern says the store encompasses all 14 product categories. That breadth makes it useful for a visit across departments, but it does not tell you which item, size or color is on the floor today.

The boutique spans lower and main-level entrances. A current department-by-floor map is not published, so ask staff where to find the category you want rather than planning around an old interior photograph.

For a specific scarf, shoe size or non-quota bag, give the associate the exact model and color you want. If you need repair assessment or remote purchasing, call first; no store-specific public policy promises that every request can be handled at Bellevue.

Birkin, Kelly and purchase history

A handbags department does not mean a Birkin or Kelly will be offered to a walk-in shopper. Hermès publishes no Bellevue spending minimum, offer schedule or guaranteed queue. The useful first conversation is about the bag, size and colors you would actually use, alongside the things you genuinely want to shop in other departments.

Bellevue shoppers’ public accounts are inconsistent.
