Hermès Topanga at a glance

Hermès uses a state-route address for the boutique, while Westfield uses the boulevard name and Canoga Park for the center. Both point to Westfield Topanga. The suite number and Level 2 location are the details to keep once you arrive.

The Hermès listing gives the boutique address and hours; Westfield confirms Level 2 and gives the mall’s alternate street address. Westfield also posted the September 21 closure.

Which entrance and floor should you use?

Westfield lists Hermès on Level 2. For drivers, the Grand Entrance by AMC, accessed from Victory Boulevard, is a useful landmark: Westfield places four EV chargers just outside it near Hermès. Its valet page identifies the same entrance. This does not establish a particular closest self-parking garage or row.

Check the current Westfield map once you reach the center. Topanga Village, at 6256 Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Woodland Hills, is a separate property; navigating there will take you to the wrong shopping center. Topanga Village’s site gives its address.

Hours, appointments and walk-ins

The Hermès Topanga page listed 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and a Sunday closure when checked September 19, 2026. The boutique and Westfield both posted a one-day closure for Monday, September 21, related to an LADWP utility upgrade. Holiday hours can change, so check the store listing or call before a special trip.

No Topanga online shopping appointment link appeared on the store page at that check. Phone the boutique at +1 818-900-9555 if you want an appointment, a particular department or a repair assessment. A dated visitor report describes a walk-in, but it does not establish today’s access or a standard wait. There is no reliable Topanga-specific “best time” to visit.

Parking, transit and accessibility

Westfield lists valet at the Grand Entrance for $25 as of September 2026. It opens at 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday, three hours after the boutique; Friday and Saturday valet hours start at 10 a.m. General self-parking prices and a Hermès-specific closest garage were not established from the operator pages, so use the center map rather than another Topanga property’s parking instructions.

The designated rideshare hub is on Owensmouth Avenue at parking Level 1 near Blaze Pizza, away from the Level 2 Grand Entrance. Westfield lists 27 EV chargers center-wide, with four outside the Grand Entrance near Hermès. Charger availability and price can change.

LA Metro Line 150 runs along Topanga Canyon Boulevard, and Line 164 serves the Victory Boulevard corridor. The G Line reaches Canoga Station, from which you still need an onward trip to the center; check Metro schedules for your date. Westfield lists accessible parking near main entrances, ramps, elevators and accessible concourses in its mobility guide. Contact the boutique about a specific accommodation.

Departments and services

When it opened on July 28, 2023, the boutique represented all 16 Hermès métiers. The opening announcement names silk, perfume and beauty, leather goods, small leather goods, equestrian items, jewelry, watches, shoes, ready-to-wear and homeware. The current store listing also marks beauty and Apple products. A department’s presence tells you where to ask; it does not tell you which size, color or bag is in stock today.

For care, Hermès says a store can examine an item and estimate repair time and cost; work may go to a workshop. Ask Topanga whether it can take your item and whether you need an appointment. Hermès also offers collect in store on eligible online orders where checkout offers the chosen location. That pickup process is separate from a general shopping appointment.

Call Topanga before making a special trip for alterations, personalization, bespoke work or a repair assessment. Ask for the boutique’s written terms when buying in store; Hermès’ online return rules cover online purchases.

Birkin, Kelly and purchase history

Hermès says Birkin, Kelly and Constance bags are sold only in its stores and directs shoppers to speak with a boutique about availability. Each store selects its assortment, and stock changes continually. You can ask Topanga about a bag, but neither a visit nor an appointment promises one.

Individual Topanga bag stories conflict. In a January 2025 Reddit thread, one anonymous shopper described a Mini Kelly offer after roughly 2.5 months and a self-calculated ratio. A February 2026 account described almost two years of purchases without the desired Birkin 30, while noting a declined Kelly 28 offer. A November 2025 PurseForum shopper also reported non-quota bag offers without a quota bag. Those posts cannot tell you how much to spend or when to expect an offer.

Hermès gives no Topanga prespend minimum or guaranteed timeline. Whether online purchases, previous-store history, leather goods or a change of associate affect an offer is also not established. Set a budget for items you actually want. If a Birkin or Kelly is your only goal, do not spend on unrelated merchandise because a forum number suggests it will unlock one.

Sales tax and visitor planning

The Los Angeles sales-tax rate was 9.75% as of September 19, 2026 under the California tax authority’s schedule. Rate changes were due for an October 1 cycle, so check the CDTFA address lookup for a later purchase. A mall name alone does not establish the tax treatment of a transaction, and no visitor refund is promised in the guidance reviewed.

The store and its setting

Hermès opened Topanga on July 28, 2023 as part of Westfield Topanga. Its opening story describes a façade and interior shaped by the area’s canyon landscape, with the full range of métiers represented at opening.

Los Angeles Magazine reported a roughly 7,500-square-foot interior and about 40 artworks in 2023. The figures describe the store at opening; they cannot tell you what is in stock today.

A practical first visit

Save both address formats, confirm the boutique’s own hours, and head for Level 2 using the Grand Entrance as a landmark. If you need repairs, a specific department or a particular product, call first and say what you are looking for. For a bag inquiry, ask about the style and size you would actually use; Hermès’ availability guidance makes clear that assortment and stock vary.

There is no documented Topanga dress code or dependable low-wait hour. Wear what makes a mall visit comfortable. You can browse the departments that interest you without treating unrelated purchases as a required step toward a bag.
